Cancellation Policy

***The 50% deposit that is required for booking is nonrefundable, but can be transferable within 30 days of the original booking date IF rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your appt. ***48 hour rescheduling policy is in place. Email rescheduling needs at least 48 hours of your appt so you don't lose your deposit. You can reschedule an appointment one time without losing the deposit in the event a 48 hour reschedule took place. ***If you cancel within 24 hours of your appt - the deposit is lost. ***If you are booking under a subscription services; you are allowed one reschedule per month so long as the 48 hour cancellation/reschedule was followed. Cancelling outside of this window and/or showing late may result in a lost appointment. ***If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may lose your appointment AND deposit. Please email to confirm your appointment time is still available. ***An email for onsite service needs must be sent to vyletrose@gmail.com. Vylet Rose services are not mobile. ***Any discounts and promos will be reflected at service for the final payment. Cannot combine discounts and promos.
