By booking an appointment and paying your deposit, you agree to the bulleted list of items below. Should you have any questions regarding policies prior to booking, please email vyletrose@gmail.com for clarification.

The 50% deposit that is required for booking is nonrefundable, but can be transferable up to one time within 30 days of the original booking date.

A 48 hour rescheduling policy is in place. Email rescheduling needs to vyletrose@gmail.com at least 48 hours of your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appt - the deposit may be lost. This is up to the discretion of business owner and is reviewed on a case by case basis.

An email for onsite service needs must be sent to vyletrose@gmail.com and are reserved for group sizes of 3 or more. Email for a custom quote.

Any discounts and promos will be reflected at service for the final payment. Cannot combine discounts and promos. Only one allowed per customer per service.
