Yes, that's right, it's you and me baby!
In order to maximize the result of your service, please adhere to the directions below.

For tattoos and tattoo removals refer to your docusign guide and consent as well.

makeup services

PREP

Skin should be clean, exfoliated, & moisturized.  Lips too!

Wear a top that can be easily removed when you change like a button up to not interfere with your look.  

No SPF in moisturizer.

Now is not the time to experiment with NEW skincare or other facial procedures.

Hair removal should take place at least a week in advance.

Button up's or loose neck shirt for easy removal.

 

POST

-If you have an itch, tap or pat, no rubbing or scratching.

-In general avoid touching your face.

-Use handsfree/speaker phone.

Lash lift& tint

PREP

Remove contact lenses prior to appt & grab those glasses.

All eye makeup removed.

I recommend using a lash serum to help thicken & lengthen lashes prior to your appt.  See my Best Lashes Ever blog with product recommendations.

 

POST

At least 24 hours, 48 hours even better;

-Lashes cannot get wet, no water submersion.

-No makeup.

-No serums or creams.

-No rubbing / no wiping.

After 48 hours;

-Gentle care; less is more.

-Use a spoolie to brush them daily.

-Eye masks will interfere with the longevity and quality of your lash lift when used throughout the life of the service.

brow stain& Lami

PREP

Eye & brow area should be free of makeup.

There can be no sores, skin issues, or open wounds present in the brow area for this service to be successful.

If you are experiencing any skin irritation, email to discuss in advance, we may need to reschedule.

No retinoid/chemical exfoliation 7 days prior to appt.

 

POST

For 48 hours;

-Brows cannot get wet, no water submersion.

-No makeup/gel/soap.

-No serums or creams.

-No rubbing / no wiping.

After 48 hours;

-Gentle care in the brow area; less is more.

-Eye masks will interfere with the longevity and quality of your lash lift when used throughout the life of the service.

*Lamis Only: Do use a brow soap or gel as needed to maintain the fluffy brow by brushing them upwards.

Grab any skin care prep & setting sprays as well.

If you would like for me to purchase makeup in advance or make product suggestions; there's a 20% budget fee that would be added.

-Come prepared with a post care ointment, such as A&D Ointment, tattoo/hustle butter, or Aquaphor. Do not use petroleum based products such as Vaseline.

-Wear sunscreen and/or avoid the sun to reduce and prevent sunburn, especially in the area receiving the cosmetic tattoo.

-Avoid any tanning (including spray tans) several weeks prior to your permanent makeup procedure.

-Don’t use retinol or Vitamin A products 1 month prior to your appointment.

-If you receive botox or similar and/or facial injections, seek advice from your injector regarding waiting periods, before and after.  The stimulation from the tattoo procedure and wiping/rubbing during the process can interfere with the injections settling times.

-Avoid taking any anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin or other medication that may cause increased bleeding.

-If you are smoker, stop smoking at least 6 weeks prior to your treatment to promote quicker healing. (Sorry I have to mention)

 

POST

-Use your ointment as often as you need.  Reapply fresh ointment throughout the day.

-No picking, rubbing, or exfoliating the tattooed area at any point.

-Cleanse with gentle fragrance-free soap then blot dry with clean paper towel.

-Avoid sauna, hot yoga, sweaty exercise, hot showers for 7 days.

-Keep your face out of shower for 10 days.

-No water submersion for 10 days.

-No Makeup in tattooed area until completely healed after second pass.  

-Do not use exfoliants, retinol acids, or AHA's in tattooed area.

-No direct sun exposure or tanning for 10 days.  Wear a hat and sunglasses.

-After 6 weeks, do use a sunscreen on your tattoo.

-Must sleep on your back the first 10 days.

-Do not use exfoliants, retinol acids, or AHA's in tattooed area.

-No direct sun exposure or tanning for 10 days.  Wear a hat and sunglasses.

-After 6 weeks, do use a sunscreen on your tattoo.

-Must sleep on your back for the first 10 days.

-No direct sun exposure or tanning while healing.  Wear a hat and sunglasses.

-Do not sleep or lay on treated area during healing process.
